A transparent starting point
Your energy and greenhouse gas inventory with agreed boundaries, documented sources and clearly identified data gaps.
Services · Energy & transformation
A new heat supply, electrification of your processes or your next climate targets: we bring technical options, investment plans and operational needs into one practical roadmap.
Not every technology suits every facility. We consider existing equipment, energy demand and planned changes together, so you can see which steps work well together and which dependencies matter for your decision.
Your energy and greenhouse gas inventory with agreed boundaries, documented sources and clearly identified data gaps.
Suitable measures assessed for emissions reduction, economic viability and implementation during ongoing operation.
Priorities, dependencies and next steps, taking account of planned equipment replacements and potential funding.
Working together
We discuss your needs, planned investments and available information, then agree the assessment boundaries.
We compare technical options for significant energy users and assess the implications for operation, costs and emissions.
You receive an agreed roadmap outlining the decisions, planning work and funding checks needed next.
Your questions
Three questions we can address early.
Conversation checklist (German PDF)Yes. This is precisely where a transformation plan can help. You do not need to have decided whether a heat pump, heat recovery or another supply solution is best. We start with your site, objectives and upcoming investments.
Germany's EEW Module 5 supports transformation plans under its programme conditions. Important: funded work may only be commissioned and started after you receive the grant approval and the approved project period has begun. Signing a contract beforehand can jeopardise funding even if it is conditional on a grant. We help you clarify the funding route before you commit. Support for the plan does not automatically cover subsequent equipment investments.
The plan sets the strategic, technical and economic direction. Implementation may still require detailed design, quotations, grid connection checks and permits. We identify these next steps and agree where you need further support.
Funding information checked on 13 October 2026 against the published EEW Module 5 guidance and the project administrator's FAQ. Eligibility remains subject to the conditions applicable to your project and the funding body's decision; no funding approval is implied.
